​This short call is designed to give you a calm, confidential space to talk through your workplace concern — whether it’s a grievance, a difficult outcome, or something you’re unsure how to handle.
We’ll listen, ask the right questions, and help you understand what support might be available through Shift Perception. There's no pressure to commit and no charge for this initial conversation.
Basic Support Package – £145
For those needing help getting started or with an outcome appeal.
